Guidance-for-public-about-Council-meetings

Pursuant to the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2011,  Llantrisant Community Council provides the facility to attend or observe meetings of the Council and its Standing Committees in person or online.

At full Council meetings, there is a standing item on the Agenda for public representations.  Members of the public who wish to speak are advised to inform the Clerk before hand, along with the nature of the business they wish to raise.  You can do this in writing to clerk@llantrisant-cc.gov.wales or by telephone, 01443 223 796.

Details of the date and time of meetings are contained within the Council papers available for download below.  Should members of the public wish to observe proceedings using the online platform Zoom, joining instructions are included in the meeting bundles on the first page,  You are kindly asked to give 24 hours prior notice if attending online in order that technical preparations for the facility can be properly made.
