The Jubilee Beacon was commissioned by the Community Council to mark the 70th Year of the reign of her late majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Rather than sit in storage, the Beacon has been sited on the Dr Price Heather Gardens, High Street, Llantrisant.
Originally lit atop the Billy Wynt at 9pm on the 2nd June 2022 it was one of around 3,500 beacons to burn that night throughout the UK and Commonwealth.
