There are over 30 planters and over 100 hanging baskets throughout the 4 wards. These are planted and erected in May each year and the baskets are usually removed during October.
The project originally began in 2007 when Award of All funding was gained to purchase the hanging baskets and brackets. Since then each year the Community Council have contracted the Learning Curve Gardening Team at Llwnypia Social Services to plant and prepare the baskets. We are extremely proud to work in partnership with the Learning Curve and despite varying summer weather conditions are always very pleased with the summer planting displays.
