BIOGRAPHY
Born in Tynant and raised in Beddau ,where I still live, I have been involved in higher education in various roles for over 20 years. I currently work part-time as a librarian at Cardiff University and as a lecturer of Welsh History, part-time with the Open University.
I am passionate about education particularly adult education and this led me to become part of the Charitable Incorporated Organisation which took over the running of Beddau and Tynant Community Library (BATCL) in 2014. I have been the treasurer of BATCL since its inception and helped support and expand the range of learning and well being activities the Library offers to the local community.
