Llys y Cwm now accomodates the offices of the Community Council. The main Council Chamber is available to hire as a meeting space in the afternoons and evenings.
There is a kitchen, which can also be used as a break out space and the meeting space has a Hearing Loop and is set up for hybrid meetings.
There are toilets including a disabled toilet. The hall is located at the back of the car park beside the GP Surgery on Gwaunmiskin Road, CF38 2AU. There is allocated parking immediately infront on the hall doors for 2 or 3 cars.
CHARGES
From the 1st April 2026 the charge to hire Llys y Cwm is £12.95 per hour. Minimum booking is 2 hours.
If you are a not for profit group there is a reduced hourly charge.
HOW TO BOOK
- Please check the What’s On calendar for availability (Llys y Cwm is the purple dots on the calendar.)
- Complete the booking request form make sure you read the terms and conditions.
- We will respond to confirm the booking and send you an invoice, which will need to be paid prior to the date of hire.
- The week of your booking we will arrange to meet you at the hall to go through health and safety requirements and where everything is at the hall.
