Caerlan Hall is located on Newbridge Road in Llantrisant and is available for hire by local groups and private parties. As well as the main hall area, there is a separate kitchen and toilets, including disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.
The hall has a Hearing Loop, PA system, Projector and Screen installed.
CHARGES
From the 1st April 2026 the charge to hire Caerlan Hall is £11.80 per hour. Minimum hall booking is 2 hours.
If you are a not for profit group there is a reduced hourly charge.
HOW TO BOOK
- Please check the What’s On calendar for availability ( Caerlan Hall is the dark green dots on the calendar.)
- Complete the booking request form make sure you read the terms and conditions.
- We will respond to confirm the booking and send you an invoice, which will need to be paid prior to the date of hire.
- The week of your booking we will arrange to meet you at the hall to go through health and safety requirements and where everything is at the hall.
